Proofing chambers (proofers)

Zagoreteh Ltd. manufactures proofers (fermentation chambers) of various sizes and capacities. The proofers come in two main versions: standard construction or a "room" type construction. The chambers can be fitted with swing arms or with rattan baskets (benettons). Automatic humidity and temperature control inside the chamber, with adjustable proofing time for the dough pieces.

We also manufacture proofers for intermediate fermentation, built to parameters specified by our customers!
